As we move into the new year, we welcome you to find space on your yoga mat and join us for a mindful and energetic practice. Together, we will renew our intentions for 2026, perform a candle lighting ceremony, and flow through a dynamic practice inspired and moved by the music of the Inanna Sisters in Rhythm.
