Join us for a celebration with music, chanting and meditation
Chanting and India's ancient call-and-response form of singing known as Kirtan is actually a type of yoga. This practice will offer participants the benefits of a yoga class or a meditation session.
Participants will be invited to sing, clap, dance, or just sit quietly and simply experience connecting to the moment through sound.
The session will conclude with a meditation and healing sound bath.
