Lifebreath is a breathing modality that inspires a journey of self discovery through mind, body and spirit. This practice of deep breathing is supported by a facilitator providing energy work, reiki, light acupressure touch and a sound healing bath with music by Inanna, Sisters In Rhythm. Conscious breathing combined with an intention produces a powerful effect in bringing about desired outcomes.
You will learn a deep breathing technique that will last about 45 minutes and then we will begin to slowly relax the breath ending with stillness. You will lie on a mat with blankets to create a comfy nest. The studio does provide a yoga mat, blanket and bolster but you may want an extra blanket and whatever else will make you more comfortable as you will be lying on the floor for about an hour. There will be time for sharing and grounding. You might like to bring a journal and a bottle of water.
